Spider One

Spider One was born in Massachusetts. He attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston Massachusetts for a short time before dropping out to pursue a career in music. He formed the electro/metal band Powerman 5000 in 1992 and has since released eleven albums, enjoyed platinum sales success and toured the world.

Spider also served as an on air personality for the horror network Fearnet, created, and co-produced the horror/comedy TV series Death Valley for MTV in 2011, and is one fourth of the scripted horror podcast Bleeders Diegest.

Spider directed several music videos before eventually co-founding film production company One Fox Productions, and then financing, writing, directing, and producing his first horror feature Allegoria in 2019. Allegoria was purchased and distributed by RLJE and featured as a Shudder exclusive.
